Here’s How the Client Referral Program Works
Any time that an existing client refers us a new client who signs up for a minimum 12-month agreement with us, you will get a FREE MONTH off of your regularly scheduled home watch services!
Please make sure to have your referrals mention you by name when they contact us so that we know to credit you for the referral.
Property Managers and Realtors
For our property manager and realtor clients, any time you refer us a new client who signs up for a minimum 12-month agreement with us, you will receive $50.00!

Fine Print
Persons giving referrals may gain a maximum of 1 year free off their existing regular inspection plan. Referred customers must sign up for and maintain a minimum contract time frame of 12 months to be eligible to receive free month(s) off the regular existing inspection plan. The credit of one free month off a client’s regular home watch inspections cannot exceed $100 for the month.
